RMS embarked on a journey to retire their legacy systems and improve on their planning and efficiencies. This project aimed at enhancing all the RMS functionalities with a powerful financial reporting capability and ease of access to real-time data.

The complete ERP system ensures operations across different platforms run seamlessly thus better coordination among the different departments. RMS took up the opportunity to install one ERP system to centralise all processes, easily collate information, reports on activities, business intelligence functionality, and approval workflows.

Sepia developed the efficient UI/ UX, designed to user-friendly, ensure fast access to accurate data, better financial reporting, comprehensive system workflows and a centralised finance system.
